School History - The Ben Porter School of Real Estate was established in 1963 to provide a clear path to success as a real estate sales agent or broker. Our rich history and milestones of achievement are found on our School History page.

Instructor's Bio - After enjoying a 20-year career as an Associate Broker, Jay Jones, is Certified by the State of Alabama as a Real Estate Instructor. Jay’s biography can be found on the Instructor’s Bio page.

Payment Policy - You may pay your tuition via credit card, debit card, or electronic check via our Secure Server connection by clicking on the “Register” button. Or, you may pay by cash or check at our office during business hours. Our Payment Policy page also sets forth our “Tuition Payment Plan” to help you defer some of the expense.
